Manage your Touring Artists Grant

To initiate your FY22 Grant (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022): all grantees must complete and return the following:

ALL grantees must submit REQUIRED DOCUMENTS to accept and initiate your grant:

  • Signed Grant Agreement: please note, by signing the Grant Agreement, you agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined therein. If you need an additional copy of your Grant Agreement or the terms and conditions of your agreement, please contact the SDAC Office at 605-773-3301.
  • Signed, completed W-9 form: You must use the included form; we cannot accept any other W-9 forms.

Touring Arts Contracts are available in PDF format, however, please make certain one copy is kept by the artist, one copy is kept by the sponsor/presenter, one copy is returned to the SDAC by the Touring Artist. All copies must be signed by the artist and the sponsor. Download (do not complete online) one of the fillable pdf files below:
