PAYMENT
Effective July 1, 2025, the State will issue grant payments to Sub-Recipients in two automatic installments.
- 90% of the approved grant funds will be released once the signed grant agreement has been returned.
- The remaining 10% will be released upon receipt and approval of the final report.
FINAL REPORT (REQUIRED)
All grantees must submit a Final Report. If you do not submit a Final Report, you must repay all funds and your eligibility for future SDAC funding will be jeopardized.

CREDIT REQUIREMENT
By accepting SDAC funds, you agree to credit the National Endowment for the Arts and the South Dakota Arts Council. All published materials and announcements must include:
“South Dakota Arts Council support is provided with funds from the State of South Dakota, through the Department of Tourism, and the National Endowment for the Arts.”
