Artists in Schools & Communities (AISC) – Application Pause
At this time, the South Dakota Arts Council (SDAC) is finalizing proposed updates to program processes and forms in response to constituent feedback. This work is being guided by an external consultant team, with Council decisions anticipated this spring.
Funding for these programs is available for FY2027, so if you are planning to host an artist beginning July 2026, please continue coordinating directly with artists listed on the current rosters. Once the updated processes and forms are finalized, we will share full details and next steps.
We appreciate your patience and partnership as we strengthen these programs for the future.
