PROCESS
- Request for Payment
- Request funds by submitting the Adobe Sign Webform [linked here].
- Request for Payment
- Visit https://sdac.gosmart.org/ and LOGIN
- Click the "Grant Applications & Forms" tab at the top of the page, below the logo
- Look for the heading for your FY2025 Grant, read as "FY2025 Grant Name"
- Click the teal "START Final Report" button
- Follow the directions provided to complete and submit your Final Report
- AFTER you complete and submit your FINAL REPORT, Request funds by submitting the Adobe Sign Webform [linked here]. ALL grant funds must be spent by June 30, 2025.
ALL GRANTEES must submit a Final Report. Failure to submit a Final Report will jeopardize your access to future SDAC funding.

By accepting grant funds from the SDAC, you agree to credit the National Endowment for the Arts and the South Dakota Arts Council. All published material and announcements regarding any project/production funded through this grant must include the following statement:
South Dakota Arts Council support is provided with funds from the State of South Dakota, through the Department of Tourism, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
We request that you display/include South Dakota Arts Council logos in printed programs, promotional materials, and/or organizational newsletters. South Dakota Arts Council logos are available for download [linked here] or by request (email kathryn.vandel@state.sd.us).
