TERMESPHERES AND LECTURES by Dick Termes
Dick Termes has a variety of workshops, Termesphere showings and lectures he can do. His website shows all of these. He can put up an 8 to 24 piece show of Termespheres in the Library or Art Center. Many times that includes a video/lecture on his work. He can do workshops on 1-6 point perspective, drawing workshops, three dimensional model building which can be permanent models for the school or models students can take home or just model building in the classroom. His work and workshops tie in with math and science as well as the arts.

Termesphere showing display globular paintings which hang and rotate from ceiling motors at a floating speed of one revolution per minute. A six-point perspective system organizes a total environmental world including north, south, east, west, zenith and nadir. The paintings grow from solid geometry and the subject matter deals with concepts which can be expressed only on the limitless properties of the sphere. The exhibit will consist of the artist hanging a group of Termespheres and Polyhedron paintings for three to four weeks. Termes also can do lectures with these shows.
