Manage your Touring Artists Grant
To initiate your FY21 Grant (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021): all grantees must complete and return the following:
- Signed Grant Agreement, please note, by signing the Grant Agreement, you agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined therein. If you need an additional copy of your Grant Agreement or the terms and conditionals of your agreement, please contact the SDAC Office at 605-773-3301
- W-9 form (We cannot except any other W-9 forms) Instructions for this form are available Instructions for W-9
Touring Arts Contracts are available in PDF format, however, please make certain one copy is kept by the artist, one copy is kept by the sponsor/presenter, one copy is returned to the SDAC by the Touring Artist. All copies must be signed by the artist and the sponsor. You can access a fillable pdf online at https://artscouncil.sd.gov/ta/Fillable_TA_Contract.pdf. Return completed forms to Sarah Calrson by mail or emailed to sarah.carlson@state.sd.us.
