Artists/arts ensembles are invited to apply to participate in the South Dakota Arts Council’s (SDAC) Artists in Schools and Communities program. The application deadline is September 24, 2022. To apply visit

Artists in Schools & Communities (AISC) is a residency program for K-12 schools and community organizations, with matching funds from the SDAC. AISC artists are professionals, selected by panels of experts who evaluate the quality of the artists’ work and residency teaching plan.
